Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Some items are final sale (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Composting supplies (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Opened garden care products (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized garden ornaments
  • Plants and living items from our Plant Pots and Raised Beds categories

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
