We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living and gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 15 days of delivery, provided:
- Items are in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Items are unused and in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Composting supplies (due to hygiene reasons)
- Opened garden care products (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.)
- Custom or personalized garden ornaments
- Plants and living items from our Plant Pots and Raised Beds categories
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship your return to our Chicago facility using a trackable shipping method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gardening tools, outdoor furniture, or other items arrive damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
